Trove Ice Sage Class Gem is very bad

Okay so I have a 10,606 PR Ice Sage and was the first IS to U9.

I have been intentionally not using my class gem because with it equipped I can't kill anything. The ice spear things do NOT do what they are supposed to be doing.

If I have to fight a boss who spawns minions they spawn and the shards hit them and then stop, I can NEVER hit the boss even when spamming ice crash I just kill the minions and never hit the boss. I know it is supposed to explode off the minions but it isn't doing anything.

Not to mention the damage on the class gem version seems way less- the gem I use instead has more CHD (50%) but it is doing 2x the damage of the class gem (1.7m vs 3.5m) which doesn't make any sense even taking into account the crit dmg difference.

Please look into the damage of the class gem and consider making it not radiate shards of ice but just do an ice explosion, also the 3 spears should DEFINITELY pierce enemies 100%.

Could you post the Magic Damage you have while you use the class gem as well as the damage of a single hit? I just want to learn the coefficient and compare it to other Ice Sage skills. Don't know a whole lot about most class gems so I can not comment much but if it doesn't pierce and lists that it should then that needs fixing asap.
